As preferred contractors for both Owens Corning and Certainteed, Caliber is able to offer lifetime warranties from the manufacturer to cover material defects. These warranties can even be transferred to the next homeowner should you decide to sell your home, giving you more leverage at the closing table.

The industry average workmanship warranty for roofing is only 2 years. However, if you purchase a roof from Caliber, you will receive a 5 year workmanship warranty for FREE! Beyond that we also offer upgrades to 10 and 20 year warranties as well.
