Fourplex is No Match for Caliber Restoration
Here are some photos we took of one of our fourplex projects in Denver.
This project required us to get everybody on board and move fast because one of the homeowners was selling their unit, which meant that the roof needed to be replaced fast.
Here is a picture of the fourplex before we replaced the roof.
Here is the roof during the build. This picture gives a pretty good cross-section of the roof showing the ice and water shield at the edge, the felt, and then the shingles on the finished part. In the back of the photo you can see one of the crew members carrying a bundle of shingles up the ladder to the garage roof. Fun fact: a bundle of weighs about 70lbs.
Here is the finished product. The fourplex looks great with the new roof!
